Trade terms for lab-grown diamond buyers
How buying from INTI works, from first enquiry to delivery. Your proforma invoice confirms the exact terms for each order.
| Who we sell to | Registered businesses only: retail jewellers, jewellery manufacturers, diamond traders, wholesalers and brands. We do not sell to consumers. |

| Quotes | Send your requirement and we reply with a stock offer or a quote for a production run. |
| Order confirmation | Once you confirm, we issue a proforma invoice listing each stone or parcel, its report number where graded, and the terms. |
| Payment | International bank wire transfer against the proforma invoice. |
| Disclosure | Every stone is invoiced as a laboratory-grown diamond, with growth method and any post-growth treatment stated. |
| Documents | Commercial invoice, packing list and grading reports where ordered. Goods are declared under HS heading 7104. |
| Shipping | Insured shipment to the address on the invoice, once payment has cleared. |
| Production runs | Quoted with a delivery schedule based on shape, size and quantity. |
| If something is wrong | If goods do not match the invoice or grading report, contact us on receipt and we will put it right. |

Do you sell to consumers?
No. We sell only to businesses: retail jewellers, jewellery manufacturers, diamond traders, wholesalers and brands.
How do I pay?
After you confirm an order we issue a proforma invoice. Payment is by international bank wire transfer.
Do lab-grown diamonds need a Kimberley Process certificate?
No. The Kimberley Process covers rough natural diamonds. Laboratory-grown diamonds are declared under HS heading 7104 (7104.21 for unworked and 7104.91 for polished diamonds) and our invoices describe them as laboratory-grown.
